The Western Cape as a golf tourist destination has grown in leaps and bounds over the last decade or so, thanks mostly to the addition of several golf estates outside of greater Cape Town. Unfortunately, at the same time, Cape Town’s traditional golf clubs have stagnated a little – falling behind the new construction techniques and progressive designs of the big-name designers’ masterpieces.
